ANDOZA US7075 Low Drag Drive System

1. An essential component of our wheels, the patented US7075 Low Drag Drive Hub system which is designed to optimize your bike performance and let you sprint with complete peace of mind.

2. Entire US7075 Low Drag Drive hubs, shafts and components are precision CNC machined from ultra strength duralumin 7075 alloy ingots.

3. Another advantage of the US7075 Low Drag hub is that all the spokes of front and rear are the same length, identical between the front and rear wheel. Maintenance or repair made easy, only one reference for your wheel set.

4. The US7075 Low Drag Drive Hub features a complete spoke attachment, making it easier to replace the spoke, and also designed so that the spokes do not touch each other. This feature is to guarantee unparalleled reliability while eliminating parasitic noises.

Hawk Low Drag Drive Advanced Features:

1. Patented Low Drag Drive System

2. Fast Acceleration

3. Instant Drive

   Practical Drive Mechanism System:

1. Independent Action of 6 pawls and 6-degree engagement freehub drive mechanism Structure. (Patent)

2. Our patented design features a low drag freehub mechanism provides fast and reliable engagement and more dynamic ride.

3.  We relocated bearings, and a new freehub seal decreases the freehub drag and makes smoother rolling especially on the coasting & sprint situation.

   Ultra-Strength 7075 Alloy

Ultra-Strength Alloy 7075 is an ultra-high strength alloy. It is strong, with good fatigue strength; as hard as many steels while still retaining the lightweight qualities of aluminum. Its relatively high cost limits its use to applications which Cheaper alloys are not suitable.

Ultra-Strength Alloy 7075 is generally considered one of the best aluminum alloys for high-performance road bike hubs and freehubs

It offers superior strength-to-weight ratio, high stiffness, and fatigue resistance compared to 6061-T6, making it ideal for managing high-torque loads during sprinting or climbing.

Why 7075 is Preferred for Hubs:

  • Strength & Durability: 7075 is nearly twice as strong as 6061, with tensile strengths exceeding  , ensuring hubs won't deform under pressure.
  • Lightweight: It allows for lighter designs without sacrificing structural integrity, essential for performance road cycling.
  • High-Load Resistance: It is excellent for freehub bodies that handle high torque.

7075 Alloy Key Considerations:

While strong, 7075 is more difficult to machine, anodize, and is generally more expensive to source than 6061-T6. It is also slightly more vulnerable to stress corrosion cracking, making appropriate heat treatment (like T6) crucial. For maximum strength, 7075 is preferred, while 6061 is often used for less critical, lower cost components

   Durable and smoothness bearing:

1. US7075 Low Drag Drive Hubs consist of Japan high quality and durable deep groove doubled sealed cartridge bearings

2. Optimized Spoke Tension

3. Features in double sealed bearing increase smoothness and reduce freehub drag while coasting and maintaining high performance all the time.

ANDOZA US7075 Low Drag hub geometry ensures a consistent High spoke tension, allowing an efficient and maximum power transfer when pedaling. This design also increases the reliability and longevity of the Hawk wheel.
